1. Scope
These terms govern purchases of KhamaKey Moments products on khamakeymoments.com and use of the Moments page linked to the purchased product.

3. Products and Moments page
Moments are objects, such as keyrings, with NFC technology that open a customizable digital page when held near a compatible smartphone.
Purchase includes access to the Moments page and the features available at the time of the order to create and update content, such as photos, music, messages and related content, subject to the technical and service limits described on the website or in the editor.
No mandatory subscription is required to use the features included with the purchase. Any future optional plans or services will be communicated transparently and will not be mandatory for features already included, unless clearly stated otherwise when signing up.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are in euros and shown at checkout with applicable taxes. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and enabled payment providers.
5. Orders
An order is completed when checkout is finished and confirmation is received by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, unavailability or suspected fraud, with a refund if already charged.
6. Shipping and returns

7. User-uploaded content
You are responsible for content uploaded to your Moments page. Unlawful, offensive material or content infringing third-party rights is prohibited. We may suspend or remove content that violates these rules, within the limits of the law.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Moments page operating with reasonable continuity. Temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may occur.
9. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by law, we are not liable for improper product use, user-uploaded content or network and third-party service disruptions, such as carriers, browsers or music platforms.
10. Applicable law
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable regulations remain protected for consumers residing in Italy or the EU. Disputes are subject to the consumer’s jurisdiction where applicable.
