These terms govern the purchase of KhamaKey Moments products on the online store and access to the Moments page service linked to the product.

Products and service

Moments are keychains that, when brought close to a smartphone, open a personalized memories page. The page is created and updated online after purchase.

Prices and payments

Prices are indicated in euros and may include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. Payment is securely handled by Shopify and authorized providers.

Free Plan

The purchase includes the Free Moments plan, with all the features provided. Optional plans may be offered in the future for more space or content.

Liability

KhamaKey is not responsible for improper use of the product, content uploaded by the user to the Moments page, or interruptions of third-party services.
