Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason, under current consumer regulations.

How to request a return

Email info@khamakeymoments.com or use the Contact page, including your order number and, if useful, the reason. We will send return instructions.

Return conditions

The product must be intact, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging. Keep your proof of purchase.

Moments page already activated

If you have already activated and used the Moments page linked to the product, we will assess the case in accordance with your consumer rights and the nature of the digital service linked to the object.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, we refund using the original payment method within the timeframes provided by law and the payment network.
