Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, according to current consumer regulations.

How to request a return

Write from the Contact Us page, indicating your order number and reason. We will provide you with return instructions.

Conditions

The product must be intact, undamaged and in its original packaging where possible. If the Moments page has already been created and used, we may evaluate on a case-by-case basis (digital rights / use of the service).

Refunds

After the return inspection, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, within the timeframes stipulated by law and the payment circuit.
