Is my phone compatible?

Choose your brand and model to see only the instructions for your phone.

Opening your memories requires a phone that reads NFC tags and an Internet connection. The brand alone does not confirm compatibility.

iPhone

Choose the exact name: iPhone X differs from XS, and iPhone SE varies by generation. This guide covers iPhone, not iPad, Mac or Apple Watch.

Samsung Galaxy

Choose your model to see the official diagram. If it is not listed, check its manual or ask us to verify it. Do not automatically use a similar model’s diagram.

Search Settings for “NFC” and enable it if available. On supported Galaxy phones, Connections → NFC and contactless payments can show an antenna placement guide. Menu names may vary.

If your phone is not listed, it does not mean it is incompatible.

Huawei

Huawei publishes different diagrams by model. Choose the exact name and check that the diagram and version match your phone.

If your model is not listed, send us its name and model code. A similar name does not guarantee the same NFC position or availability.

Check your model

Search Settings for “NFC”. If available, enable it and check your model’s manual to locate the antenna. If you cannot find it, send us the brand and model before ordering.

Not all Android smartphones have NFC. We do not confirm compatibility based on the brand alone.

Nothing happens?
  1. Unlock your phone and keep the screen on. On Android, check that NFC is enabled.
  2. Hold the antenna area near your Moment for a few moments. Move it slowly if needed.
  3. Try without a case or cards between your phone and Moment: some cases and accessories can interfere.
  4. On iPhone, close Camera and Wallet. Tap the NFC notification when it appears. An Internet connection is needed to load the page.
Can’t find your model? We can help

If your phone is not listed, it does not mean it is incompatible.

  1. Find the model name and code in Settings.

iPhone: Settings → General → About. Look for Model Name and Model Number; tap the number to see the Axxxx code. Android: Settings → About phone. Find the model name and model number or code; menu names may vary. You do not need to send an IMEI or serial number.

  2. Contact us with the exact brand, model name and model code. We can help check compatibility and locate the NFC reading area.

On Android, search Settings for “NFC”. If it appears, enable it. If it does not appear, ask us for help: this check alone does not establish compatibility.
